Barefoot Brooklyn is a group for minimally shod and barefoot runners of all levels of experience. Our group is in it for the sheer fun of running--and it is, when you're barefoot! The Liberated Fitness NYC is a hard training, supportive, workout group that gets superior fitness results with minimal equipment and no "gym". We meet at West 106 St. and Central Park every Saturday at 10 45am. Our workouts consist of body weight and gymnastic movements, sprints, and lifts. We use all sorts of apparatus we encounter on the streets and in the parks to get lean, strong, and athletic.
